TAKE THE FIRST STEP

My retreat itinerary


Day 1

You’ll be picked up from Aberdeen Airport or Perth Train Station and taken to the hotel. After your arrival, get settled with a welcome meal and some refreshments before laying all your cards on the table during a two-hour coaching session.

Personal Coaching

Day 2

Day 2 begins with diving into the 7 Elements® of Personal Performance Program. We’ll cover Awareness & Accountability and Values Alignment and finish the day by basking in the beauty of the Cairngorms during an afternoon walk.

Lead, Inspire and Innovate

Day 3

On Day 3, we’ll work together to draw up a bulletproof strategy for your future using the C.R.E.A.T.E.® system. We’ll finish the day with goal-setting strategies and Belief Transformation. This is one of the most crucial days of the retreat.

Day 4

Day 4 begins with guided breathwork, followed by two Energy and Wellbeing workshops. After this, we’ll take a trip to the breathtaking Loch Muick before covering our final element – Excellence – and indulging in a 5-star dining experience.

Stage One

Become self-aware and take back control of your life. Identify where you are and hold yourself accountable for getting to where you want to go. Embracing self-awareness and accountability will empower you to start your journey.

Stage two

Pinpoint what’s important to you, Prioritise what makes you happy and you will make the Progress towards that which you desire. Aligning your values will give you a sense of purpose and direction as you begin to grow.

Stage three

Setting Clear goals that are supported by your personal Reasons and Ethics will ensure they are Achievable in the Time set, while Evaluating progress along the way. By defining your goals and putting a plan in place, you create your path to a successful future.

Stage Four
Surpass Limitations

Uncover the invisible forces that have been holding you back until now. Break free of your self-imposed limitations and install new beliefs that will propel you forward. Recognise the source of your limitations and replace them with limitless self-beliefs.

Stage five

Assess your Environment, Mind, Frame (body) and Soul to remove the energy drains from your life. Minimise potential energy drains, refocus your attention and maximise your personal performance.

Stage six
Well-being (B.R.E.A.T.H. Stress Resilience)

Stress can debilitate our sense of well-being. When faced with stressful situations, Breathe, understand the Reasons for the event, minimise your Ego, be Accountable for the Truth of the situation and in turn respond with Honour. Manage stress by building resilience.

Stage seven

Understand who you need to be to achieve your goals. Develop the habits and mindset to transform yourself from who you are into who you want to be. Excellence is achieved through discipline and consistency; it’s not an action, it’s a habit.
